Sheryl Cardwell: Sheryl, as Business Manager, successfully guided her school through its academy conversion process and onto establish an Academy Trust, employing her skills in financial management, HR, Health & Safety, procurement and contract management. Sheryl holds the DBSM and a degree in Business Management. Sheryl is also a Trustee of Lime Trust.
Ann Constanti: Ann held three substantive headships of London primaries in very challenging circumstances over twenty years, then became a school leadership consultant and a governor trainer. Ann was a qualified Ofsted Inspector and is a Quality Mark Assessor.
Sean Flood: Sean has worked in schools and the education sector for over 30 years. He is the headteacher of an outstanding inner-London Primary School, currently rated Ofsted Outstanding in every category, November 2012. He is an experienced Governor and is the Chair of Governors of a large successful secondary school in London. He is a very experienced Ofsted Inspector.
Jaynn Taylor: A headteacher of an outstanding primary school for many years in the London Borough of Waltham Forest, she went on to become the Assistant Director for Special Educational Needs and Disability. She raised the profile of this group of children by systematically improving the provision within mainstream and special schools. She is a highly regarded leader who has had a rich and varied career including the interim post of Director of Education for Waltham Forest.
Josephine Open: Jo brings a wide range of experience from a former life in journalism and media; she has been a senior school leader as a qualified SENCo and holder of NPQH, and has worked across schools as a senior leader including head of school in large urban primary. She has also supported fragile schools providing additional capacity, delivering advice on SEND, safeguarding and assisting with leadership. Her governance experience is extensive and includes as Chair of an academy.
