The Lime Trust have secured partnerships to ensure capacity in our schools.  These partnerships help to increase external scrutiny of our systems and procedures and enable us to develop a long-term sustainable approach to embedding best practice in our schools.

Lynn Churchman, OBE [HMI Retired] – Click for more information
Lynn will undertake whole school reviews on behalf of the Trust. She will analyse strengths and areas for development and bring a wealth of expertise and experience to the school improvement process. She will also critique all school improvement plans including action plans to ensure they are ambitious, robust and fit for purpose.

Eithne Leming – Click for more information
Eithne Leming is a former teacher and Headteacher with experience of over 30 years. She is currently director of Eithne Leming Associates Ltd, which provides school improvement services for local authorities. In addition to being an independent consultant, her experience has included local authority wide roles. She will provide headteacher support and PM, reviewing standards/consistency across the Trust.
