Our comprehensive and flexible programme of training and continuing professional development (CPD) for school staff has developed as a result of our founding schools journey from ‘special measures’ to ‘good’ within a year. We firmly believe in nurturing talent and developing leaders through high quality CPD.

With the National College of Teaching and Learning placing increased emphasis on a school’s responsibility to train and develop its staff and the introduction of the DfE standards for teachers continuing professional development schools must prioritise the development and training of their staff.
